All generated referrals and its fees become void if your campaign is not successfully funded or is cancelled.
Note: Indiegogo Flexible campaigns that do not reach their funding goal, but still complete their funding period are considered successfully funded and will be charged any applicable affiliate fees.
Launching a Kickbooster referral program is meant to help generate new pledges from the time you activate your program, therefore, we only charge a percentage on the funds raised through Kickbooster and not your total funds raised.
Kickbooster handles the commission payment to your affiliates once your affiliate fees are paid.

If you have zero affiliates in your program, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Otherwise, the earliest you will be able to cancel is once your campaign has ended and all applicable affiliate fees are paid.
In the event that your campaign is canceled prior to the end date, your subscription will automatically be canceled.
Yes! If your campaign moves to Kickstarter Late Pledges post campaign, your referral program and existing affiliate links will automatically move to your Late Pledges campaign.
Otherwise, you have the option to transition your successfully funded Indiegogo or Kickstarter campaign to Indiegogo InDemand.
