What if my campaign is not successful?
All generated referrals and its fees become void if your campaign is not successfully funded or is cancelled.
Does Kickbooster take a % from the total funds raised?
Launching a Kickbooster referral program is meant to help generate new pledges from the time you enable your program, therefore, we only charge a percentage on the funds raised through Kickbooster and not your total funds raised.
How are my affiliates paid?
Kickbooster handles the commission payment to your affiliates once your affiliate fees are paid.

Can I cancel at any time?
If you have zero affiliates in your program, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Otherwise, the earliest you will be able to cancel is once your campaign has ended and all applicable affiliate fees are paid.
In the event that your campaign is canceled prior to the end date, your subscription will automatically be canceled. Learn more about our cancellation policy here.
Can I continue using Kickbooster after my campaign is successfully funded?
Yes! When your campaign moves into a post-campaign phase—such as Kickstarter Late Pledges or Indiegogo Late Pledge or Pledge Manager—your referral program and existing affiliate links will automatically continue once your post-campaign is live. Click here to learn more.
